BELEN BENZAL, of legal age, married, Filipino and a resident of Barangay Villa
Imelda, City of Ilagan, Isabela, herein referred to as the “SECOND PARTY”.
FACTS:
Hence, both parties expressed their sincerity in resolving the case through
amicable settlement. Both parties personally appeared and with their efforts, the
parties hereto mutually agreed to the following terms and conditions with regard to
their conjugal properties, to wit:
1. WHEREAS, the SECOND PARTY agreed that the ownership of the parcel of
land located at Barangay Villa Imelda, City of Ilagan and containing an area of 1
hectare shall be awarded to the FIRST PARTY including its administration and
management on the condition that the latter will allot a FIVE THOUSAND
PESOS (Php 5,000.00) cash to the former as her share in the property every
cropping;
4. WHEREAS, FIRST PARTY acknowledged its paternal duty and obligation and
shall provide monthly child support in the amount of FOUR THOUSAND
PESOS (Php 4,000.00) which shall be given personally beginning on the month
of June, 2021;
5. WHEREAS, BOTH PARTIES mutually agreed that, aside from the monthly child
support, they will share or contribute equally in case of emergency,
hospitalization and educational needs of their children;
6. WHEREAS, BOTH PARTIES will refrain from prying into each other’s privacy
and from other unwarranted acts tending to interfere the private affairs of the
other; and
7. WHEREAS, BOTH PARTIES hereby undertake to comply with their
respective obligations as above set forth, with utmost diligence and good
faith.
It is understood that should anyone among them shall violate the terms and
conditions of this agreement, the appropriate court action can be filed
against the party for failure to comply with the stipulations agreed upon
herein.
Before affixing their signatures below, this compromise agreement was read
and explained to the PARTIES in TAGALOG, a DIALECT known to them, and
they fully understand the foregoing compromise agreement and the contents
of the same.
This agreement shall take immediately upon signing unless sooner revoked
or rescinded by the other instrument;
That in violation of the terms and conditions of this Compromise Agreement, either
Party may seek redress to the proper court of law, however, at this moment, BOTH
PARTIES, by this Agreement, shall waive any right against each other.
This Agreement shall take effect immediately upon signing of this instrument;
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto set their hands this ____ day of

foregoing instrument and acknowledged the same as their free and voluntary deed.
