SUPPLEMENTAL-AFFIDAVIT

I, CRISTABEL PASCUAL-DEOCARES, of legal age,

Filipino, married, and a resident of Patul, Santiago City, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law depose and
state THAT:

1. I am the same Complainant in the cases filed against

Senior Inspector MANUEL G. GOLINO before the Civil
Service Commission, Regional Office No. 02, Tuguegarao
City, Cagayan for Immorality and before the Regional
Internal Affair Service of the Bureau of Fire Protection
Regional Office No. 02, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan for
Oppression;

2. The afore-named officer has also a pending criminal and

administrative case filed by me before the Office the
Ombudsman for violation of Anti-Graft and Corrupt
Practices Act;

3. The afore-named Respondent, after learning of the fact

that I have filed cases against him, threatened me by
sending me text massage which was sent to me on October
5, 2007, to wit:

“PUNYETA KA AKALA MO SIGURO

MADDMANDA MO AKO ANO? TIGNAN NATIN..
MAG INGAT KA LANG, LALO NA AT IBA NA BOSS
NATIN.. TIGNAN KO NGA ANG GALING MO
TATAKPAN KA RIN DIYARYO” (emphasis supplied)

4. The matter was reported to the Philippine National Police,

Santiago City, which was entered in its police blotter. A
copy of the excerpt of the police blotter is hereto attached
and made an integral part hereof as Annex “A”;

5. Such statement directed against me made by the afore-

named, an officer of the Bureau of Fire Protection and a
gentleman, is clearly unprofessional and a conduct
unbecoming of an officer and a gentleman;

6. Such statement of the afore-named clearly manifests his

arrogance and his criminal tendency unworthy to serve the
public;

7. I am executing this executing this Supplemental-Affidavit

to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and for
 the purpose of supplementing my administrative complaints
against the afore-named officer before the Civil Service
Commission and before the Bureau of Fire Protection.
