1. That I am the same person executing this affidavit;
2. That I am presently detailed as the Operations Officer of RHPU 2 with

office address located at Camp Lt. Rosauro D Toda Jr., Brgy.
Baligatan, City of Ilagan, Isabela
3. That I am the Team Leader on the conduct of manhunt operation that

resulted to the arrest of RODEL SAET y MARZAN, 38 years old,
laborer/farmer and a resident of San Ignacio, San Mateo, Isabela,
presently residing at Purok 3, Villgarcia, Maddela, Quirino by virtue of
Alias Warrant of Arrest issued by HON. ENRICO VOLTAIRE S
RIVERA, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 94, Baler, Aurora dated
December 17, 2019 for the crime of Carnapping under Criminal Case
No. 2019-10-6699 with recommended bail of One Hundred Eighty
Thousand Pesos (Php 180,000.00) for his temporary liberty.
4. That the said person was listed as Top 7 Most Wanted Person,
Regional
Level.
5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the

foregoing and for any legal purpose/s it may serve.
