a. Email from 8888 Hotlines with reference same as above; and
b. Memo from Chief, SOPB/S3 dated January 28, 2019 with same subject as
above.

2. This pertains to the complaint of Mrs. DOROTEA SOLAIRE of No. 190 Blumentritt St.,
Barangay Kabayanan, San Juan City send thru email to I-SEND MO SA TEAM NCRPO and
forwarded to this precinct through memo from Chief SOPB/S3 San Juan CPS, Subject: Complaint
Regarding Nuisance in Kabayanan, San Juan City contained with details “Inirereklamo ko ang
aming Barangay Health Center ng Kabayanan, San Juan City, dahil ilang beses na silang nagpa-
party dito kahit dis-oras na ng gabi. Nai-report ko na ito sa San Juan Police Station pero wala
naman silang aksyon. Bakit nila ina-allow na magkaroon ng party sa Health Center kahit hating
gabi na? Nakakabulahaw ang ingay na ginagawa nila. Sana ay ma-implement ang batas tungkol
sa pag-iingay ng dis-oras ng gabi at huwag sanang gamitin sa pansariling kasiyahan ang pagpa-
party sa naturang Barangay Health Center.”

3. In response to the said complaint, at about 9:00A.M. of January 28, 2019, personnel of
this precinct led by the undersigned conducted visitation at and dialogue to the Kabayanan
Women’s Club president Ms. Mila Esguerra and her member Vilma Capistrano who is in-charge to
the said facility regarding to the complaint of Mrs. Solaire. Ms. Esguerra as president of said club
submitted a promissory note apologizing to the complainant, as well as, the father of the birthday
celebrant Mr. Dionisio Estoesta the one who is responsible in having a birthday party at the rooftop
of Kabayanan Health Center. (Attach herein are pictures and the promissory note taken during the
dialogue and visitation).
