REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

Ivanplats (PTY) LTD is issuing this Request for Expressions of Interest to attract interested suppliers from the
Mokopane Community to participate in the tendering process for the supply of Plumbing services in the Mine
Site and Industrial Office areas.

The scope of work will include the following:

1. SCOPE OF WORK: PLUMBING SERVICES

REF: IVP_EOI_2023_007

Mine Site
- Five days a week and including callouts for emergencies.
- Maintain the running condition of a Sewage Treatment Plant daily.
- Ensure that all plumbing related maintainance and installations are carried out.
- All PPE must be provided.
- Must comply and complete the Ivanplats Contractors Pack requirements
- Must comply with Ivanplats’ Standard Operating Procedures

Industrial Office
- As and when required, including callouts for emergencies.
- Ensure that all plumbing related maintainance installations are carried out.
- All PPE must be provided.
- Must comply and complete the Ivanplats Contractors Pack requirements
- Must comply with Ivanplats’ Standard Operating Procedures

Please do not quote for Medicals. Induction costs must be included for the employees for +/- 3-5 Days

Information to be submitted by prospective Suppliers:

- Completed and Signed Letter of Interest
- ID Copies of all shareholders/members
- Business Profile
- Proof of residence of shareholders/members (PTO)
- Company Registration Documents (CK)
- SARS Tax Clearance Certificate
- Letter of Good Standing

- Information given by the prospective Supplier shall be treated in strict confidence

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR PROPOSAL. PLEASE DO NOT
SUBMIT ANY PRICES AT THIS STAGE

Kindly note that this Request for Expressions of Interest does not amount to any contractual obligation on the
part of Ivanplats, and that Ivanplats is not obliged to invite Requests for Proposal or Tenders from any or all
who express interest by responding to this Request for Expressions of Interest.

Any information and/or documentation given and later found to be incorrect shall lead to disqualification of the
prospective Supplier.

The prospective Supplier is responsible for all cost associated with preparation and submission of their
Expression of Interest.

Canvassing will lead to automatic disqualification of the prospective Supplier.

Please submit Expressions of Interest and all supporting documents Tender Box at the X1 Security Hut
Late submission will not be acceptable. Any application(s) received after the closing date will be considered
as late and disqualified.
