empanelment for supply of more than one articles or servicesundervariouscategories.

The application for empanelment should be made in the prescribed format

Theapplications,dulyfilledintheprescribedformatandcompleteinallrespects,maybesub

General Terms & Conditions of Empanelment


NationalBankforAgriculture&RuralDevelopment(NABARD),Regionaloffice,UttarPradesh
intends to prepare a panel of reputed contractors / vendors / suppliers / service providers
having specialization in the trades mentioned in Enclosure (A) for
undertakingvariousrelatedworksinOfficebuilding,VOF/VEFandstaffquarterslocatedinLuckno
w.Theoffice building is located at 11, Vipin Khand, Gomti Nagar. Our staff quarters are
located atIndira Nagar, La Place Hazratganj and Sitapur Road. Our Visiting Officers’ Flats
(VOF) islocatedat-B-703at La place and Visiting Employees’ Flat (VEF)SB-7BIRDCampus.
The empanelment will remain in force for two years i.e.01.09.2021 to 31.08.2023
subjecttoannualrevieweveryyear.Iftheservicesprovidedbythevendor/serviceproviderarefoundt
o be unsatisfactory or at any time it is found that the information provided for empanel
mentor for any quotation is false, Bank reserves the right to remove such vendor / service
provider from the empaneled list.
The vendor
musthaveownadequatetechnicalsetupinLucknowsothatthecomplaints/worksmaybeattended
towellintime.
The vendor must have sufficient number of experienced personnel, technical know-
how,equipments, instruments and other resources to complete the awarded work well in
time andasper thespecificationsgivenbytheBank.
The vendor must have an experience of having successfully completed similarworks/
servicesin the last three years(as on 31.03.2021). At least one work should have been done
inAutonomousbody/ Bank/ financial Institutionoranyother reputedinstitution.
Thevendormaysubmitperformancecertificatesfrompersons/entities/
institutionsforwhomtheyhaveworked inthepast.
TheBankreservestherighttoinspectthefacilitiesofthevendortoverifythegenuinenessandto
ensureconformity withthedetailsgiveninthebid.
The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any
reasonwhatsoeverthereof andwillnot entertainanycorrespondence.

Disputes or differences whatsoever arising out of or relating to the construction,


meaning,scope, operation or effect of the agreement or the validity or the breach thereof shall
beresolvedamicablybetweentheBank’srepresentativeandthevendor/
vendor’srepresentative.Incaseoffailuretoresolvethedisputesanddifferencesamicablywithin30d
aysofthereceiptof notice by the other party, then the same shall be settled by arbitration in
accordance withthe Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the award made in pursuance
thereof shall befinal,conclusiveandbindingontheparties.Thevenueof
thearbitrationshallbeatLucknow.
Vendors,Suppliers,ContractorsandServiceProviders,etc.desirousofbeingempaneledintheBank’
sapprovedlistandthosewhoarefulfillingtheeligibilitycriteriaasmentionedabovemayapply on or
before the due date i.e, 27.08.2021 by 15.00 hrs. Vendor will be responsible toensure that the
application reaches the Bank on or before the due date and time. Applicationsreceived after
due date and time and which are incomplete in any respect, are liable to berejectedwithout
anynotice.

All payments will be made by the Bank by adopting electronic clearing system and electronic
fund transfer. For this purpose, please furnish the information in Enclosure (D).

ompetenceandevidenceoftheirfinancialstandingasperEnclosure(A)ANDEnclosure(B)in
ordertobeconsidered forempanelment.
WhiledecidingupontheselectionofContractors,emphasiswillbegivenontheabilityandthecompe
tencetodogoodqualityworkinaccordancewiththespecificationsandwithinthetimeschedule.

Informationfurnishedintheproformawillbekeptconfidential.
TheentireapplicationformandeachpartoftheproformashallbesignedbyapersononbehalfoftheO
rganisation, whoisdulyauthorized to doso.
Ifthespaceintheproformaisinsufficientforfurnishingfulldetails,suchinformationmaybesupple
mented on a separate sheet of paper duly signed stating therein the proforma’s

Minimum7years’experience(ason31.03.2021)inthefieldofConcernedService,whichinclude all
the activities as listed in point no. 1 and should haveatleastone ofthe
qualifyingworkscarriedoutforPublicSectorUndertakings(PSUs)/Banks/Govt.Office.

whereverapplicable.
8. Contractorsshouldhaveacurrentbankaccountwithascheduledcommercialbank.
9. NABARD reserves the right to verify any or all the documents furnished by the Contractors
withany authorities. NABARD also reserves the right to cancel any or all the applications
withoutassigninganyreasonthereof.
10. Intendingapplicantsarerequiredtofurnishdetailsabouttheirfirm/
organization,experience,competence,etc.
11. TheapplicationformshouldbesignedbyapersononbehalfoftheFirm/
Organization,whoisdulyauthorizedtodoso.
12. If the space in the application form is insufficient for furnishing full details, such
