4. SUBLETTING

.ile Coniractor shall not sublet, Iransier. or assign ihe Contract, or any part thereof. In case of subletting, thetender
si.ll be sinmarily rejected and Security Deposit shall'be forfeited, without prejudice to any rights or remedies the
Corporation may have under the Conuract and Law.

5.RELATIONSHIP WITH TIiIRD PARTIES

All ansactions between the Contractorand third parties shall be carried out as between two principals without
reierence to. the Corporation in any vvent/manner. The Contractor shall also undertake to make third parties fully
aware of the position aforesaid

T h e contract will be for a period of iwo years from the date of issue of Award Lètter in favour of
successful tenderer, which is further extendable for a lurther period of six months on the same rates, terms
and conditions as mentioned in the "T'ender Docuinents, at the sole discretion of FCl.
If at any time during the cureucy of contract period it is found that the quality of the PRINTING
STATION RY ITEMS is not as per specilications, the contract will be terminated without giving any
notice to the contractor. Further if tne paity fails to supply the PRINTING STATIONERY ITEMS as per

7. LIABILITYOFCONTRACTORFOR LOSSESSUFFEREDBY THE CORPORATION

The Contractor shall be liable for all costs, damages, registration fees, charges and expenses sutfered or incurred by
the Corporation due to the Contractor's negligence performance of any services under this Contract, or breach of

(a the event of the Contractor's having been adjudged insolvent or going into liquidation or winding up their
business or naking arrangement wilh their erelitors or failing to observe any of the provisions of this Contract

2. FORCE MAJEURE.

The conuractor will not be responsible for delays which may arise on account of reasons beyond their
control of which the Divisional Manager, FCI. DO, Bulandshahr shall be the final judge. Strikesby
conuractor's workers on account of any dispute between the Contractors and their workers as to wages or
otherwise will not be deemed io be a reason beyond the Contractor's control and the Contractor shall be
fesponsible for any loss or d.unage which the Corporation may suffer on this account.

(ii) Industry wide or state wide or nationwide strikes or industrial action which prevent the atfected Party from
perforining any of its oblig.tions for a cuntinuous period of not less than 21 (twenty one) days from the
dale of its occurrence.
