AFFIDAVIT OF NON COHABITATION

I, PARIDA TUHI TALIB, of legal age, Filipino, separated-in-fact with residence and
postal address at Purok 7, Carpok, Lapuyan, Zamboanga del Sur, after having sworn to in
accordance to law hereby depose and state that:

1. I am currently married to TAHARUDIN TALIB;

2. We are blessed with five children namely: 1. Norhata Talib; 2. Norhana Talib; 3.
Abdulla Talib; 4. Norisa Talib; and 5. Bainot Talib;

3. However, the above stated person and I have been separated for almost 19 years
and I have not seen her ever since we were separated;

4. I been solely supporting our children ever since we were separated without him
even giving his support;

5. The purpose of the execution of this affidavit is to affirm the facts alleged herein
and for any legal purpose it may serve.

FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
