That I, FLORENCIO PINERO of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of

barangay Looc, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, under oath, do hereby depose and manifest:

That I am the registered owner of a CHAINSAW, which is more particularly described as

follows:

ENGINE CAPACITY : 2 Stroke Engine
DATE OF PURCHASE : November 2, 2004
NAME OF DEALER : JB Marketing Inc.
CERT. OF REG. NO. : DUM-CS-0302

That because of old age, I hereby transfer ownership of the above-described Chainsaw to
RAHIEMA CABAJON-IQUIO, likewise of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of
Poblacion, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, in the amount of THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS
(Php32,000.00), Philippine currency, in hand paid by the herein vendee and receipt in full is
hereby acknowledged by the herein vendor to his entire satisfactions;

That this affidavit is executed freely and voluntarily just to attest the truthfulness of my
statements that I have already transferred ownership of the aforementioned chaisaw to Rahaima
Cabajon-Iquio;
