AFFIDAVIT

I, GENARO Z. BOCALIG, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident No. 255

Zone 1-B, Sitio Pagkakaisa, Sucat, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila, Philippines,
01774, under oath, hereby declare and state that:

1. I am the husband of ESTELITA B. BOCALIG. We were

married on June 21, 1987 in San Nicolas, Pangasinan
Parish Church;

2. We begot one child named Genevive B. Bocalig, 16 years

old was born on September 21, 1993;

3. My said wife is presently working in Las Palmas, De Gran

Canarias, Spain as a Domestic Helper. She has been
working in the said place for more or less 9 years since May,
2001 up to the present;

4. My said wife is intending/wanted to file a petition for our

said child, Genevive B. Bocalig to stay/reside/visit in Spain;

5. In connection with this, I am giving my full parental

consent/permission in the intended petition of my said wife,
Estelita B. Bocalig with my said daughter, Genevive B.
Bocalig;

I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts

and for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
