JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF IMPROVEMENT

I, JOHN C. TEO ONG, of legal age, married to BELEN T. TEO

ONG, Filipino, and presently residing at 2 Amarillo Street, Araneta
University Village, Potrero, Malabon City, after duly sworn to law,
depose and state, that:

1. On April 20, 2017, we executed a Deed of Absolute

Sale together with VINCE HOWARD SY CAL and
VAUGHN HENDRICK SY CAL with the subject TCT
No. T-007-2016001287 of the Registry of Deeds of
Malabon City;

2. It was duly notarized by Atty. Tiberio U. Prado with

Document No. 417; Page No. 85; Book No. XVII; Series
of 2017, with the amount of P3,500.000.00 consisting of
296sq.m. of the Registry of Deeds of Malabon City;

3. I hereby state and under oath that this Deed of

Absolute Sale instrument consisting of 296sq.m. of the
Registry of Deeds of Malabon City, under TCT No. T-
007-2016001287, with the amount of P3,500.000.00
which the residential house was included thereof; and

4. I am executing this affidavit of improvement to attest

the truth of the foregoing facts.
