I, NORTENCIO ANTONIO PECAAT, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, and with residence
and postal address at Dimapula Divilacan, Isabela, Philippines, under oath hereby depose
and state that:

1. I am the owner of a Real Property with Original Certificate of Title No. P-43126
located at Decambangan, Divilacan, Isabela with an area of 88, 351 square meters
and more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point marked “l” of lot no. 182, Pls-660-D, being
