AFFIDAVIT

I, MARCELINA L. TAGUIAM, married, of legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal
address at San Isidro, City of Ilagan, Isabela, Philippines after having been duly sworn in
accordance with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I am the daughter of IRENE V. LAYNO;

2. That my mother is the Patentee of a Free Patent No. (II-2) 466 issued on Jan.
28, 1974 of a land located in Bayabo, Tumauini, Isabela;

3. That such land has is covered by Lot No. 856 with a total area of 0.1459ha.;

4. That my mother, IRENE V. LAYNO, has not received any owner’s duplicate title
referring to the indicated Free Patent;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to declare the truth of the foregoing facts and
for whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 14th day of December,
2018 in the City of Ilagan, Isabela, Philippines.
