AFFIDAVIT OF CONSENT

I, ELENA PERMATO LOBRIDO, of legal age, single, Filipino, and

resident of Chico St., San Roque, Brgy. Labangal, General Santos City, after
having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

That I am the biological mother of VANESSA LOBRIDO COMETA

who was born on August 16, 2000 at San Roque, Labangal, General Santos City;

That my daughter VANESSA LOBRIDO COMETA has been working

in Japan since January 2019 and met KAZUTORA NIWA, also of legal age, a
Japanese citizen and residing at 2-27-11-201 Unomori Minamiku,
Sagamiharashi, Kanagawa, Japan, and was engaged to the latter;
That Vanessa and Kazutora are planning to get married, thus, I give my
full consent and authority to my daughter to be married to Kazutora at
Kanagawa, Japan;

That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing
for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
