JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF COHABITATION

WE, ELPIDIO C. BONOAN born on September 2, 1954 in Manila,

Metro-Manila, and EVANGELINE M. CASTILLO  born on August 3, 1970 in
Pasay City, Metro-Manila, both Filipino, single (living together) and residents of
Caloocan City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law,
depose and state THAT:

1. We have been living together as husband and wife under the same
roof, continuously and without any interruption, since February 17,
1997 or a period of more than five (5) years;

2. During our cohabitation and even until the present, we remain both
of single status and, hence, there exists no legal impediment for us to marry
each other;

3. We are blessed with two (2) children, namely:

In connection with your endorsement letter for the examination of the

questioned signatures FELIPE ROASA appearing on two (2) deeds of
donations dated December 03 and 23, 1993, please be informed that
pursuant to the provisions of section 1 (d) of r.a. 157, as amended, the
forensic services of the bureau may be availed of only by law enforcement
and prosecuting agencies of the government, the courts and other
government offices in connection with cases under investigation or
adjudication or other official purposes.

Considering that a case is already filed in the office of the city prosecutor of
lucena city docketed as NPS D# IV-16-INV-18G-00272, it is necessary that an
official request directing the NBI to conduct the handwriting examination, be
secured and the original copies of the questioned documents together
with at least seven (70 specimen signatures of above mentioned
person/subjects, appearing on original documents executed before, during
and after the date of the questioned documents, be procured and submitted
to this Bureau to facilitate the desired examination.
