KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

THAT I, MARVIN D. SILVA , of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence and post
office address at 49 Caldozo St., Purok 6B, Lower Bicutan, Taguig City, Philippines, do
hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE, and APPOINT PATRICK L. CASTELO, likewise of legal age,
married, Filipino, and with residence and post office address at Block 5, Lot 8, Lucky
Homes Subd., Deparo, Caloocan City, Philippines, as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-
FACT for me and in my NAME, PLACE and STEAD to perform the following acts and
things to wit:

1. To authorize the herein Attorney-In-Fact to REPRESENT me in any legal

proceeding in the National Labor Relations Commission or NLRC for brevity;
2. To FILE AND SUBMIT any legal pleading or positon paper, for and in my behalf,
with the NLRC;
3. To RECEIVE AND ACCEPT any legal pleading or order, for and in my behalf, from
the NLRC;
4. To ENTER INTO A COMPROMISE AGREEMENT OR SETTLEMENT, for and in my
behalf, arising from any case from the NLRC; and
5. To DO AND PERFORM any act necessary or proper to achieve the given authority.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority
whatsoever requisite is necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present;

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue of these presents;
