BOARD RESOLUTION NO. ___ series of 2021

Whereas, the association was created in order to safeguard and maintain the
general welfare of all the members including their household thereof;
Whereas, with the advent and prevalence of the Covid-19 pandemic, the safety
and security of all the members is of primary importance and concern to the
association;
Whereas, the National Government in coordination with the local government of
Caloocan and Barangay 168 Deparo have issued standard health and safety
protocols, including a prohibition on social gathering and going outside for non-
essential reasons;
Wherefore, the Board of Directors, in accordance with the mandate given by the
members of the association, hereby adopts and promulgates this Resolution to be
effective after seven (7) days of general circulation to the members of the same.

NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF
REGULAR ELECTIONS FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

I. The association gives a premium on the health and safety of each

homeowner and resident of Casimiro Townhomes Homeowners
Association;
II. The threat and menace of the Coronavirus epidemic is still a clear and
present danger that exposes each homeowner and resident when
leaving the safety of their premises;
III. The association values and upholds the provisions of its bylaws specially
those pertaining to the conduct of elections;
IV. However, the association will not risk the health and safety of its
members by unnecessarily exposing them outside in the exercise of
their right to vote in elections;
V. Additionally, the association does not have the capability and expertise
to conduct a Board of Directors elections utilizing alternative modes
considering the number of association members and their capacity to
participate in non-traditional methods of voting;
VI. Considering the foregoing premises, the Board of Directors has decided
to issue this Resolution as a Notice to the homeowners of the
Postponement of the Regular Elections for the Board of Directors;
 VII. However, once the cessation of the cause for the postponement of the
regular elections cease to exist, the Board of Directors will direct the
Committee on Elections to prepare the holding of the same as soon as
possible;
