WHEREAS, the Board Members of the Gloriaville Homeowners Association is

empowered to provide its internal rules and proceedings;

WHEREAS, the Board through its president has the power to call for a meeting as
provided in its By-laws;

WHEREAS, to ensure the attendance of the members of the Homeowners Association

in order to constitute a quorum to conduct its business, the Board hereby resolved to adopt a
policy on attendance in meetings;

NOW THEREFORE, as it is HEREBY RESOLVED, that the attendance in regular

meetings is compulsory unless for justifiable reason the member cannot attend, in which case
absence in the meeting by the members shall render the membership status and corresponding
penalty as follows:

1. Unjustified Two Consecutive Meetings – Membership not in good

standing with penalty of Fine equivalent to (_________________);
2. Unjustified Three Consecutive Meetings – Member will be in probation
status with penalty of Fine equivalent to (___________________); and
3. Unjustified Four Consecutive Meetings – Members will be disqualified
from the Association and corresponding benefits will be withheld.

RESOLVED FUTHERMORE, that the Board may amend, revise or adopt further policies
regarding the attendance of its members;

RESOLVED FINALLY, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that above-named foregoing
