FRONDA, all of legal age, all Filipino citizens and all residents of Victoria, Tarlac, do to
hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT,

Provincial Assessor, Provincial Treasurer, Municipal Assessor and Municipal
Treasurer, Local Civil Registrar (LCR) in connection with the processing and transfer
of title, covered by TCT No. 318410, situated in the Brgy. San Gavino, Victoria,
Tarlac;
2. To pay any sum or amount requisite for the registration of the said title relative to the
transfer of ownership;
3. To get, receive, claim all necessary documents requisite for the registration of the said
titles;
4. And to generally do and perform all and every acts which may be requisite, necessary
or proper to carry out the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could
do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said attorney shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
