SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, DANILO G. MALABANAN, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and a resident of

Purok 1, Barangay Bagong Silang I, Labo, Camarines Norte by these presents, do hereby name,
constitute and appoint ROLANDO E. VILLAGRACIA likewise of legal age, married, Filipino
citizen and resident of Barangay Anahaw, Labo, Camarines Norte, to be my true and lawful
attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following
acts and things, to wit:

1. To transact business with the office of LTFRB and/or LTO, Region V, Legaspi city,
file the petition and other necessary documents relative to the renewal of my
franchise or Certificate of public Convenience to Operate UV EXPRESS involving my
two (2) units aircon van on the route-DAET-LABO and vice versa;
2. To appear during the hearing of the petition, submit documents, pay the required
fees, and to sign and receive any and all papers relative thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if
personally present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
