WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO CLAIM

We, Shiela Mae U. Esnero, Irish Esnero- Gervacio, Imari U. Esnero,

Michelle U. Esnero and Ryan Christopher U. Esnero, all of legal ages, Filipino
citizens and a residents of Zone 9, Patag, Cagayan de Oro City, after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state, that:

We are the surviving legitimate heirs and the beneficiaries of the

deceased Philip R. Esnero, Ret. PA who died on April 8, 2021;

The said deceased person is a member of the Armed Forces and Police
Savings and Loans Association, Inc. (AFPSLAI);

The heirs/beneficiaries wishes to claim the insurance benefits intended

for the member upon demise;

In order to expedite the process, we, the legitimate heirs and

beneficiaries, hereby waive all rights and interest to claim the AFPSLAI benefits
on the life of the afore-mentioned deceased-insured, in favor of our sister
IMARI U. ESNERO;

This waiver of rights to claim is executed by all parties, freely and

voluntarily to attest the foregoing facts and veracity of statements and for
whatever legal purpose it may serve.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this
