de Oro City, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint
JOSEFINA I. LABUNTOG, Filipino, of legal age and a resident
of Patag, Cagayan de Oro City, as my true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact, to act for and in my name, place, and
stead to do and perform all or of any of the following, to

1. To process my Tax Identification Number (TIN) at the

Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
