CONDITIONAL DEED OF SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THIS DEED IS made and executed by and between:
SPOUSES Zoilo Ignacio and Leonora P. Ignacio, both of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident
of 000000 SAN IGNACIO PLAINVIEW SUBD. MANDALUYONG CITY hereinafter as the VENDOR:

AND

Arnel Sacco De Silos married to Bianca Isabel Mateo De Silos of legal age, Filipino citizen with
resident and postal address at BLK 654 LOT 6545 SOUTH POINT SUBD BRGY. PULO CABUYAO
LAGUNA hereinafter as the VENDEE:
WITHNESSETH THAT
WHEREAS THE VENDOR has acquired rights, premises and ownership over a parcel of land
located at BRGY. MALITLIT STA ROSA LAGUNA covered and embraced under TRANSFER
CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.6554 which is more particularly described as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.654

WHEREAS, the VENDORS desire to sell the aforementioned property and the VENDEES agree and
promises to buy the aforementioned property including the improvements therein.

WHERAS, the VENDEES are interested to purchase the above described property subject to the following
terms and conditions.

A selling price agreed by both parties is Php { }.

A down payment of Php { } will be paid by the VENDEES to the VENDOR upon execution of this
agreement and the remaining amount will be paid thru post-dated checks and as follows:
