Please accept this as my formal resignation as a Rebate Customer Service Rep effective 11th of
November 2021.

I sincerely apologize for the abrupt timing of this announcement, however due to unforeseen
circumstances, I have decided to resign.

I have been fortunate to be given great opportunities to grow and gain knowledge during my time at
