WAIVER OF RIGHTS

I, RONNILE RYAN C. MENDOZA, of legal age, married to ERLIZA L.

MENDOZA, Filipino and a resident of 99th bluebird St., Brgy. Rizal, Makati City, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state;

That my wife and I, both taxpayer of Bureau of Internal Revenue;

That we have one (1) dependent named RENZ MYKHEL L. MENDOZA;

That as such hereby waived my rights over the aforesaid tax exemption at BIR in
favor of my wife ERLIZA L. MENDOZA who also a BIR taxpayer;

That I am executing this waiver of rights to attest to the truth and all the foregoing
dispositions and for whatever legal intent this document may serve, particularly for
waiving and transferring my rights in favor of my wife ERLIZA L. MENDOZA;
