my full satisfaction and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged from EMELYN B. ATIVO, of

Pinagbuhatan, Pasig City, DO HEREBY SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of
Deed of Absolute Sale unto the said EMELYN B. ATIVO, his heirs and assigns that a certain
