VERY URGENT MOTION TO TAKE ADVANCE TESTIMONY

COMES NOW the petitioner, through the undersigned counsel, in the above-entitled
case unto the Most Honorable Court, most respectfully manifests and moves:
1. That the instant Petition for Declaration of Nullity of Marriage was filed with
the Most Honorable Court on April 23, 2015;

2. That the petitioner is bound to fly to Oslo, Norway, where she is currently
employed, on May 4, 2015, as shown by the herein attached machine copy of
the Electronic Ticket Record (Annex A) of her flight;

3. That the petitioner’s testimony is indispensable and an advance testimony

shall promote the speedier disposition of the above-entitled case, without
prejudicing the established rules of procedure;
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, it is respectfully prayed that the advance
testimony of the petitioner be heard on Monday, April 30, 2014.
