hereby acknowledge having received from the VENDEE, CARINO NAVEA, Filipino, of legal age, married
to Virgenia Mayol-Navea, and a resident of 0022 Graham Avenue, Philippines, the sum of One Hundred
Thousand Pesos (P100,000.00), Philippine currency, as full payment for the sale of a portion of a certain
parcel of land which is more particularly described and bounded as follows:

61601; on the SW. along lines 3-4-5 by Lot 4280, Tagbilaran Cadastre; and on the NW., along line 5-1 by
Lot 1161-C-4-A of the subdivision plan, containing an area of One Hundred Thirty sq. m., more or less.?

project, being a portion of Lot 1161-C, Psd-61601, LRC Cad. Record No. 1083), situated in the District of
Cogon, City of Tagbilaran, Island of Bohol. Bounded on the NE., points 2 to 3 by Lot 1161-C-3, of the
subdivision plan; on the SE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 1161-B, Psd-61601; on the SW., points 4 to 5, 5 to 1 by
Lot 4280; and on the NW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 1160, both of Tagbilaran Cadastre. Containing an area of
THREE SEVENTY NINE (379) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”
