CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This CONTRACT OF LEASE, made and entered into by and between:

I, CONCORDIA TEPAIT, of legal age, Filipino citizen with residence and postal address at Don
Pedro, Bogo City, Cebu, Philippines, and hereinafter referred as the “LESSOR”,
-and-

NONITO R. LASIT, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and with residence and postal address at
Poblacion, Bogo City, Cebu, Philippines, and hereinafter referred as the “LESSEE”.

WITNESSETH

For and in consideration of the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth , the parties have agreed as
they hereby agree, as follows:

1. The LESSOR is the absolute owner of a parcel of land situated at Cayang, Bogo City, Cebu, more
particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of land known as Lot No. 264; Bounded on the North; by NE, SE & SW lot
265; on the East: by NW Lot 266 & 263; covered by Tax Declaration Non. 31820 and
under TCT No. 5853, containing an area of TWENTY SIX THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED FORTY SEVEN (26,247)SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

2. The LESSOR hereby agrees to lease to the LESSEE and the LESSEE hereby agrees to lease from the
LESSOR portion of the above-mentioned PROPERTY with an area of SIX THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED SIXTY ONE and SEVENTY FIVE (6,561.75) SQUARE METERS, more or less;

3. The lease shall be for a period of ONE (1) YEAR, from the month of April 26, 2017 and will expire
April 25, 2018.

4. The LESSEE agrees to pay the LESSOR an annual rental of the property in the amount of
One Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (Php1,500.00) Philippine Currency;

5. That the LESSEE will till and cultivate the land and all the fruits, income and products derived from
the land shall be for the LESSEE;

6. That the LESSOR shall pay for the taxes and other fees imposed on the above-mentioned land;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have set their hands this ______________ at Bogo City, Cebu,
Philipppines.
