Terms & Conditions for Supply & Installation:

a) Price: The above prices are Inclusive of GST (28%). Service Tax will be (18% GST) extra on
Installation charges. In Case of any variation in taxes and duties, it shall be applicable
pplicable to your account

b) Terms off Payment: 100% advance before dispatch
d of units.
c) Validity: 30 days from the date of offer.
d) Delivery of units will be confirmed after receiving the purchase order only.
e) Warranty: One year on unit & five
f years on compressor only.
f) Copper will be charged @ Rs.800/-
Rs.80 per Rmt & (Inclusive 18% GST).
g) Cable will be charged d @ Rs.130/-
Rs.13 per Rmt (Inclusive 18% GST).
h) Apart from standard AC Installation work rest all civil works & other works are under customer scope.
i) Purchase order to be released on Eco Climate Engineer.
