Required attachments like clevis, essential shaft bellows etc to
be provided with each cylinder.

Note:
1) Test report of supplied hydraulic cylinders is to be
submitted along with supply of the material.
2) Failure of hydraulic cylinders within guarantee period of
18 months will have to be replaced free of cost within 45
days along with transportation and other expenses.
3) Successful Fitment & Commissioning of supplied
material is on supplier side.
4) Standard Terms & Conditions of MSPGCL for SUPPLY
shall also be applicable.
5) Drawing for the Hydraulic cylinders shall be supplied at
the time of Q bid.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1) Consignee : Executive Engineer, Major Store 3X660
MW, Koradi
2) Delivery Period of Bulk Quantity: 60 Days.
3) Delivery Period of Sample: NA
4) Material will be inspected at our Major Store
5) Test report of supplied hydraulic cylinders is to be
submitted at the time of supply.
6) Failure of Hydraulic cylinders within guarantee period of

1. If any specific make appears in the item code, then it is only for the sake of
preparing the 15-digit item code required for sets e-tendering system. Hence the
same may please be ignored. Offer may please be submitted for any reputed make
fulfilling the specifications given for the item to be procured.
2. If material is found faulty / fails within Guarantee period, it should be replaced by
party on free of cost.
3. Fitment guarantee is on supplier side.

Pl. upload SSI unit certificate for EMD Exemption ...
NOTE. Vendors under category of SSI units will get Exemption from EMD payment only when they
are registered under SSI unit of Maharashtra only for tenderized item. If tenderized item is not
mentioned in SSI certificate, no exemption will be given and your offer may be rejected Pl. Note.

3. NSIC
Pl. upload NSIC unit certificate for EMD Exemption.

NOTE: -Vendors under category of NSIC units will get exemption from EMD payment only when they are
registered under NSIC unit for tenderized item. If tenderized item is not mentioned in NSIC certificate, no
exemption will be given and your offer may be rejected Pl. Note.
