Following cancellation charges are applicable.

 If the client delayed in receiving the materials as per the agreed delivery schedule more than 30 Days of the agreed
date, The client shall pay to Electric House 1% Of the delayed portion Supply Agreement price for every week of
delay subject to the applicable limit of 10% of the Supply Agreement price, and then Electric House has the right to
consider the contract/agreement is terminated or has the right to modify all prices.
 100% Advance payment
 10% - After Order Issuance,
 30% - After Drawings for approval submitted.
 60% - After Approved drawings returned.
 80% - Material accumulated and production Started.
 100% - Manufacturing completed.

7 Scope of Work  The scope of the work cover under this offer is Supply and installation and cabling.

 Interlock between upstream and downstream

 Spare parts
 Any site civil work
8 Excluded Services
 SCADA / BMS Systems
 Any calculation studies.
 Obtaining any approvals from SEC or other authorities

70% (10% at approval+60% prior to delivery)
