Validity:
Validity of this proposal is 20 days from the date of submission of this quotation. The price of
this proposal is based on the current market prices of material and any variation in the material
prices will be subject to a revision in our prices

Payment Terms:
50% advance payment along with purchase order and the balance payment prior to delivery.

Delivery Schedule:
Delivery time Fabrication lead time will be 6-8 weeks from order, payment confirmation and
drawing approval.

Certificates:

We are providing you Pressure Test, CG certificate, COC, included in this above price.

Warranty:
warranty period is one year from date of delivery for manufacturing defects as per our
standard terms of warranty.
