Naif engineering & builders hereinafter also referred to as M. M. Ispahani Limited is pleased to submit
this construction proposal to M. M. Ispahani Limited hereinafter referred to as Naif engineering & builders
for the basketball court.
By the signature of Naif engineering & builder’s authorized representative set forth below, Naif
engineering & builders agrees to be bound by the representations made herein.

This construction proposal and the pricing provided herein shall remain valid for a period of 10
days following the date shown below.

INTRODUCTION
M. M. Ispahani Limited desires to basketball court and has provided a maximum budget of 2,000,000.00
BDT for this work. M. M. Ispahani Limited has requested a construction proposal from a number of local
contractors and is looking to enter into a contract with the firm that presents the best value to M. M.
Ispahani Limited.

M. M. Ispahani Limited has provided a general specification and has communicated a set of
requirements, which are summarized as follows:

All the material will be supply by M. M. Ispahani Limited – like, MS steel rod, MS angel, flat bar, nut
and bolts, ready mix concrete with pump, water and electricity.

Govt. approve paper work and local support if required –

Naif engineering & builders is confident that it will present the best value for basketball court. Firstly, our

Naif engineering & builders is an established and well-respected local contractor that has been serving
customers in the Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, (naïf was under contract some of local
contractor) for 2004 to 2016
. Naif engineering & builders has completed a broad range of construction projects over the years, and
many of them have been comparable of scope and magnitude as compared with this construction
project.

Naif engineering & builders is supported by an extraordinary team of professionals who are highly skilled

in their trade. For this project, the team will be lead by shar cold storage.
Binzagr ( Unilever Saudi Arabia) has a proven track record of successfully
leading projects such as this, Civil, steel structure with racking system.

2. SCOPE OF WORK
Naif engineering & builders will perform all basketball court activities associated with steel cutting and
banding, concrete masonry, expansions joint. As per as drawing for RCC slab 100mm thick.
Such work will be carried out in according with requirements communicated to
Naif engineering & builders by M. M Ispahani Limited in the basketball court Chittagong project. In
addition to the responsibilities of Naif engineering & builders outlined in such document, Naif
engineering & builders will be responsible for the following:

• Preparing the site for labour house and toilet

• Preparing hand tools and safety for labour
• Preparing for basketball court leveling all tools
• Providing a roll-off dumpster for trash
M M Ispahani Limited will be responsible for the following:

• Requirement 1
• Preparing the site for construction
• Requirement 2
• Securing all necessary permits
• Requirement 3
• Procuring all items set forth in the bill of material
• Requirement 4
• Preparing of ready mix concrete with pump
• Requirement 5
• In sure to all time electricity

3. SCHEDULE
The entire project described in this proposal will be completed within six (3) weeks following execution of
a contract between the parties.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

1. The project will be undertaken at a fixed-price of 14,161,000.00 BDT with the following price

The pricing provided herein is inclusive of all applicable state and local taxes, and M.M.
Ispahani Limited is responsible for such tax.

1. Payment schedule/terms are as follows:

We propose the following payment terms:

10% (10%)
Paid on acceptance of this super flat floor proposal and signing of our terms and conditions.

20% (80%)
Paid at Milestone

20% (90%)
Paid at Milestone

10% (100%)
Paid on completion of the project.

5. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All work will be done between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 6:00 P.M. Approval from M M Ispahani
Limited will be required for work outside of thous hours.
2. All work areas will be left broom clean at the end of each workday.
3. Naif engineering & builders will not be responsible for any costs or schedule impacts associated with
rectifying any “hidden” issues or events beyond the reasonable control of Naif engineering &
builders, which issues prevent or otherwise inhibit completion of the project and do not fall within the
general scope of work. The parties must agree in writing on the costs associated with rectifying any
such “hidden” issues.
 4. Naif engineering & builders will be allowed unrestricted access to M M Ispahani Limited's toilet for
personal use.
5. Other terms and conditions shall be as set forth in a written contract that will be negotiated in good
faith between the parties.

6. ASSUMPTIONS
This construction proposal and the pricing and schedule data provided herein assumes the following:
1. All obligations of M. M. Ispahani Limited described herein will be carried out in a timely manner,
including the obligation to make timely payment in accordance with the payment terms and
schedule provided herein.
2. Mutually acceptable terms and conditions will be negotiated between M. M. Ispahani Ltd, and Naif
engineering & builders and will supplement the terms and conditions contained herein
3. M M Ispahani Limited will provide prompt feedback/answers on any questions Naif engineering &
builders may have and be reasonably available to Naif engineering & builders in furtherance of
the project.
4. Naif engineering & builders will be provided access to M M Ispahani Limited premises as
reasonably required to perform the work during the working hours set forth above.
