8. If any other certificate is needed, it must be requested in advance before placing the order & it will be charged extra.
9. The Grand Total does not include charges quoted under optional items.
10. Our scope is limited to supply of material only and does not include any installation or commissioning.
11. Delivery time will be considered after approval of documents if any. Documents will be provided within 2-3 Weeks ARO.
12. The prices quoted are inclusive of all taxes and duties which are applicable at the time of issuance of the offer. Any new
taxes or duties introduced during the term of the contract, such as VAT, will be added to the sale price as appropriate &
in line with the legal provisions applicable at that time for the tax in question.
13. Liquidated damages and/or Performance Bank Guarantee are not applicable for this contract/PO.
14. Petro Solutions shall not be held responsible in the event of delays of delivery due to any reason or event beyond its control
as Force Majeure, such as but not limited to fire, floods, storms, labor conflicts, riots, civil commotion, pandemic or war.
15. The impacts of COVID-19 cannot be reasonably determined at this time. This quote/proposal does not account for any
potential adverse impacts COVID-19 may have on Petrosolutions’s performance or obligations herein. In the event of any
delays or adverse impacts, Petrosolutions reserves the right for an equitable adjustment of the delivery schedule & prices
herein to offset the effects of COVID-19 delays, without fault or penalty of any kind.
