doing business under the name of DR & P SALES & SERVICES,
defendants. PHILIPPINE INVESTMENT ONE (SPV-AMC), INC. as successor
in interest of PHILIPPINE ASSET INVESTMENT (SPV-AMC) Inc. the latter
being the assignee of FAR EAST BANK & TRUST COMPANY (now Bank of
the Philippine Islands), movant. ” docketed as Civil Case No. 02-1036.
In view of the foregoing, may we request for copy/ies of the latest
Pleadings, Orders, Resolutions, Decisions or any legal documents filed
and/or submitted with this Honorable Court regarding the above-entitled
case dating from 2015 to the present.
