AN ORDER CONSTITUTING THE G2 SANITATION PROGRAM TASK FORCE (G2-TF) OF SAN MIGUEL,
ARAKAN, COTABATO

WHEREAS, pursuant to PD No. 856, otherwise known as the “Code on Sanitation of the
Philippines”, the health of the people, being of paramount importance, all efforts of public services
should be directed towards the protection and promotion of health.

WHEREAS, the barangay is desirous to step up in Grade 2 of the Sanitation Program.

NOW THEREFORE, I, Jenife E. Kingco, Punong Barangay of Barangay San Miguel,

Arakan, Cotabato, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby order the following:

SECTION 1. ORGANIZATION. The G2 Sanitation Program Task Force (G2-TF) is hereto organized
with the following composition:

SECTION 2. DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. The Task Force shall:

1) Supervise the implementation of the G2 Sanitation program.

2) Formulate G2 plans.
3) Prioritize sanitation projects for appropriation.
4) Conduct IECs in the promotion and strengthening of the Sanitation program.
5) Conduct quarterly meetings and special meetings if need arises.
6) Perform such other duties and functions related to sanitation development.

SECTION 3. EFFECTIVITY. This Order shall take effect immediately.
