With heavy pressure from us to obtain some type information, this person stands by company policy.

agency directly re: job performance, and we are only able to provide the information I’ve included.

6-8-2020 Called and reached Erin, receptionist. Asked for HR and reached Bruce Reardon, Manager
of HR. Bruce, stated Brian worked there thru a temporary agency called Hamilton Connections-860-
391-8484. Called Hamilton Connections and reached Deja and she transferred the call to the
Recruiter that placed Brian. Then she came back on the line and said recruiter provided these dates
of employment. 10-31-2019 end date 4-12-2020 and position held. I asked the reason for separation
and if eligible for rehire and she advised they require a signed release and to fax number 888-323-
5122. Sent release to the client for signature.(Liz)

employers for the fee of $29.99. The package includes the report(s) that you wish us to send and a
letter explaining that your references have been certified by an unbiased third party.
