A SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN COUNCIL RESOLUTION FOR THE CONCURRENCY OF THE APPOINTMENT OF

GERARDO V. CAMACHO JR., CPA AND KRISTINE MAE B. SORIANO BY THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN AS
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER AND THE AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY FOR THE CHECK
DISBURSEMENTS OF THE BARANGAY NIBALIW, MANGALDAN, PANGASINAN.

WHEREAS, new sets of Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Officials have been elected during the 2023 Barangay and
Sangguniang Kabataan Elections (BSKE) and sworn-in to office thereafter;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter II Section 7 of the Republic Act No. 10742 otherwise known as Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act
of 2015, the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson shall, with the concurrence of the majority if the Sangguniang Kabataan, a secretary
and a treasurer;

WHEREAS, given the duties and responsibilities of the said position, it is incumbent upon the barangay thru the Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairperson to appoint a qualified, efficient and effective Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer who can discharge the
abovementioned mandated tasks, among others;

WHEREFORE, after the consideration and motion duly seconded;

RESOLVED, as is it hereby resolved, to confirm GERARDO V. CAMACHO JR., CPA and KRISTINE MAE B. SORIANO as
Barangay Treasurer and the authorized signatory for check disbursements of the barangay, subject to usual accounting and auditing
rules and regulations;

RESOLVED, further, that copies of this resolution be furnished the appointees, the Honorable Municipal Mayor Bona Fe De Vera-
Parayno, DILG Office, Accounting Office, Treasury Office and COA Office, and Landbank, Mangaldan Branch, Mangaldan,
Pangasinan and all other authorities concerned for their information and guidance.
