(Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015), I do hereby appoint you as SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN SECRETARY of this barangay, Barangay Nibaliw, Mangaldan, Pangasinan.

You shall therefore exercise such powers and authority and perform such duties and
functions appurtenant to your position upon approval by a majority of all members of the
Sangguniang Kabataan and after taking your Oath of Office.
