RESOLUTION NO. 03-2021

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY

QUINABIGAN, PINAMALAYAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO FOR THE YEAR 2022 AMOUNTING TO FOUR
HUNDRED FIFTY-FOUR AND TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS (454, 275.00)

WHEREAS, R.A. 10742 or Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015 has reintroduced the participation
of the youth sector in the Barangay Government;

WHEREAS, Section 20 of the R.A 10742, the said Republic Act governed the funding of the Sangguniang
Kabataan;

WHEREAS, Section 20 of the R.A 10742, the said Republic Act b) enumerated the priority programs,
projects and activities;

NOW, THEREFORE on motion of SK Councilor Freslyn Marciano, seconded by all the present other SK
Members the body has;

RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVE, to approve the Annual Barangay Youth Budget of the Sangguniang
Kabataan of the Barangay Quinabigan, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro for the Year 2022.

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to all concerned officers for their information
and guidance;

Approved unanimously this 25th day of September, 2021.
