RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF AJEREMY C. MANAGUIT AS

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY T. FORNIER,
PATNONGON, ANTIQUE.

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 10742 or the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act
of 2015 established reforms in the Sangguniang Kabataan and created enabling
mechanisms for meaningful youth participation;

WHEREAS, DILG MC No. 2018-131 as amended by DILG MC No. 2023-167

provided guidelines on the appointment of sangguniang kabataan secretary and
sangguniang kabataan treasurer at the barangay level;

WHEREAS, Section 13 (f) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of

Republic Act 10742 provides that with the concurrence of the majority of all the SK
members, the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson shall appoint from among the
members of the KK a secretary and a treasurer;

WHEREAS, presented for consideration of this body is the appointment of

AJEREMY C. MANAGUIT as Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of T. Fornier,
Patnongon, Antique;

WHEREAS, after thorough discussion and deliberation over said appointment,

this body acknowledged that the appointee has met all the qualifications as provided in
the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 10742 and DILG MC No.
2018-131 as amended by DILG MC No. 2023-167;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion made by Hon. Angelica C. Managuit, and

seconded by Hon. Hannah Luiz M. Supat, be it
 RESOLVED as it is hereby resolved to concur the appointment of AJEREMY C.
MANAGUIT as Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of T. Fornier, Patnongon, Antique.

RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish with copies of this resolution the Sangguniang

Barangay of T. Fornier, Office of the Mayor, the Local Youth Development Office, the
Office of the Municipal Local Government Officer –DILG, all of Patnongon, Antique, for
their information and guidance.
