RESOLUTION NO. 759-21

A RESOLUTION DISAPPROVING IN PART THE MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE NO.
27-2021 OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN OF PLARIDEL, "A REVISED
ORDINANCE REORGANIZING THE LEGISLATIVE DEPARTMENT OF THE
LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF PLARIDEL, MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL,
CREATING THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY TO THE SANGGUNIAN,
PROVIDING THE MANPOWER COMPLEMENT IN THE RESPECTIVE
OFFICES OF THE VICE MAYOR, SANGGUNIANG BA YAN AND SECRETARY
TO THE SANGGUNIAN, DEFINING THEIR DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS, AND
APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR, AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE
NO. 11-2021"
WHEREAS, this Body acting favorably on the recommendation of the Committee
on Human Resource and Government Re-organizationjoint with the Committee on Budget,
Finance and Appropriations for the DISAPPROVAL IN PART of the Municipal Ordinance
No. 27-2021 of the Sangguniang Bayan of Plaridel, the same was embodied in its
Committee Report No. J14-21 dated September 22, 2021, and was duly adopted on
October 11, 2021, thus, ON JOINT SPONSORSHIP;
NOW THEREFORE:
Be it RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Misamis Occidental to
DISAPPROVE, as it hereby DISAPPROVES IN PART, the Municipal Ordinance No.
27-2021 of the Sangguniang Bayan of Plaridel, as regards the position of Local
Government Department Head (Secretary to the Sanggunian) SG-24, which should only
read as: Secretary to the Sanggunian 1, SG 24;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be furnished to the
Honorable Governor Philip T. Tan, for information; the Local Chief Executive, and the
Sanggunian, both of the LGU of Piaride I, for information and guidance.
ADOPTED, this 18 th day of October 2021 in the Province of Misam is Occidental.
