RESOLUTION NO. 04, Series of 2022

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER TO MR. ROLANDO A. ANSANG OF A PARCEL

OF LAND DESCRIBED AS LOT N0. 297, REGISTERED UNDER TAX DECLARATION NO. 2016-
06010-10918, COVERING AN AREA OF THREE HUNDRED SQUARE METERS (300 sq. m.),
LOCATED AT THE EMPLOYEES’ VILLAGE, BULANAO, TABUK CITY, KALINGA WHICH WAS
ORIGINALLY AWARDED TO THE LATE MR. RENATO ADDAMO.

WHEREAS, presented before this Committee is the request of MR. ROLANDO A.

ANSANG for the transfer of Lot no. 297 to his name which was originally awarded to the late
MR. RENATO ADDAMO;

WHEREAS, the Heirs of the deceased awardee executed a Deed of Extra-Judicial

Settlement of Estate with simultaneous Waiver of Rights on the above-mentioned lot in
favor of MR. ROLANDO A. ANSANG which was duly registered in the Notarial Registry of
Atty. Priel P. Balnao under Docket No. 30, Page No. 7, Book No. XIV, series of 2022;

WHEREAS, after deliberation, this Task Force deems that the request be granted
after compliance with all of the requirements provided by existing laws, rules and
regulations on transfer, conveyance and ceding of rights on real property;

NOW THEREFORE, be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby done to authorize the transfer of

the subject lot in favor of MR. ROLANDO A. ANSANG, a qualified transferee being regular
employee of the Provincial Local Government Unit of Kalinga;

RESOLVED FINALLY, furnishing copies hereof the Office of the Honorable Vice
Governor and Honorable members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for their appropriate
action, Mr. Ansang and heirs of the deceased awardee for their information.

APPROVED by the Chairman and members of the Task Force Employees’ Village,
Provincial Road Right-of-Way, and Government Reservations this 29th day of July, 2022 at
Bulanao, Tabuk City, Province of Kalinga.

Honorable Vice Governor JOCEL C. BAAC the request of MR. ROLANDO A. ANSANG
for the transfer to his name a parcel of land covered under lot no. 297 which was
awarded to the late Mr. Renato Addamo, covering an area of three hundred
square meters (300 sq. m.), located at the Employees’ Village, Bulanao, Tabuk
City, Kalinga;

The Heirs of the said awardee executed a Deed of Extra-Judicial Settlement

with simultaneous Deed of Sale on the subject lot in favor of MR. ROLANDO A.
ANSANG which was duly registered in the Notarial Registry of Atty. Priel P. Balnao
under Docket No. 30, Page No. 7, Book No. XIV, series of 2022;

Attached are the pertinent papers supporting the transfer of the subject
lot for your ready reference.
