“RESOLUTION RENEWING/EXTENDING THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT

BETWEEN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAROBO, SURIGAO DEL SUR,
REPRESENTED BY THE MUN. VICE MAYOR, HON. ALLAN C. BERNAL,
AND MS. ANTONINA L. ENRIQUEZ, AS LEGISLATIVE CONSULTANT”

WHEREAS, the position of Sanggunian Secretary under the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan
has been filled in, but considering the voluminous secretarial and other research works bound to the
position, a person who has the knowledge on the data of documents could be in aid;

WHEREAS, the above-named consultant, who is a retired Sanggunain Secretary of this LGU,
could act as a Backstopper of the existing staff and help improve the efficiency of the office with her
knowledge and expertise obtained through education and years of experience in the field.

NOW, THEREFORE:

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Bayan of Barobo, Surigao del Sur, to:

ENRIQUEZ, AS LEGISLATIVE CONSULTANT FROM JANUARY 3, 2023 UNTIL
JUNE 30, 2023 OR UNTIL SOONER OR LATER REVOKED UPON THE DISCRETION
OF THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN THRU THE VICE MAYOR

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copies of this resolution to the following personalities and
