AFFIDAVIT

I, FELY B. LAMBINO, of legal age, married, Filipino Citizen, and a resident of

Moduto, Cabiten, Mangkayan, Benguet, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, hereby depose and state:

1. That I have a Facebook (FB) Account with profile name, FELY BALILING
LAMBINO;

2. That I maintain such account until now;

3. That one of my FB friends is CHRIS EGUH T. BAYOG but her true name is
CHRISPINA T. BAYOG aka LEGU;

4. That I personally know that her true name is Chrispina T. Bayog since she
was my fellow Overseas Worker before in Hongkong where we met during our
day off and we are both from Pinukpuk Kalinga before I got married and
settled at Mangkayan, Benguet;

5. That during my leisure time, I always use my Facebook to communicate with

my friends and relatives;

6. That sometime on August 23, 2022, when I was busy browsing my FB, I
came across a certain post from my FB friend, CHRIS EGUH T. BAYOG,
which in detail states:

“To you MR. MELCHOR AGUSTIN alyas BOYET….napaka

devil mong lalaki ka after ka naming tinulungan ganun pa
ginanti mo… napaka yabang mo pa…at nanira kappa ng
tao… wala kang modo at wala kang hiya….sobra sobra ang
ginawa mo..pero karma is REAL na deport ka din agad yan
napala mo….hanggang ngayon dika pa talaga tumigil jan
sa kademonyohan mo!! Gagu ka MELCHOR!!!”

7. That upon seeing such post, I was surprised and shocked since I personally
know Melchor Agustin being my friend who is known to be a nice, friendly,
and generous person;

8. That since I was confused, I called Mr. Melchor Agustin, and informed him of
the post and asked him to check the profile of CHRIS EGUH T. BAYOG and
thereafter, he checked and confirmed that he also saw the said
malicious post;

9. That am executing this affidavit in good faith to attest to the truth of the
foregoing averments for whatever legal intents and purposes it might serve
and to support Mr. __________ in filing his case for Cyber Libel of in the
alleged reported incident.
