Respectfully forwarded to the Office of Regional Director of the
LTFRB, CAR, the application for franchise of the Kalinga Transport
Cooperative (KATCOOP) for the following routes, to wit:
 TABUK CITY TO SAGADA VIA PARACELIS, MT.
PROVINCE
 TABUK CITY TO SANTIAGO CITY VIA SAN MATEO,
ISABELA
 TABUK CITY TO TUAO EAST, CAGAYAN VIA RIZAL
KALINGA
 TABUK CITY TO CABUGAO, APAYAO VIA PINUKPUK,
KALINGA
It is strongly recommended that the Franchise Application of
the said Cooperative for the enumerated routes be
approved/granted for the following reasons to wit:
 There’s no Public Utility Vehicle plying the above-
mentioned routes;
 To cater transport services to commuters especially to
students studying at some schools in Tabuk City;
 To provide efficient and effective transportation to traders
in trading their goods; and
 To deliver express transport services to commuters.
