Resolution No. 2024-006

RESOLUTION REALIGNING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF PHP 150, 000 TAKEN FROM TRAINING
AND SEMINARS WITH THE AMOUNT OF (55,000), OFFICE SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS WITH
THE AMOUNT OF (20,000), SPORTS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM WITH THE AMOUNT OF
(45,000), DRUG SYMPOSIUM WITH THE AMOUNT OF (15,000), MENTAL AWARENES
SYMPOSIUM WITH THE AMOUNT OF (5,000), TREE PLANTING WITH THE AMOUNT OF
(7,000), AND SK COMMUNAL GARDEN WITH THE AMOUNT OF (3,000).

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 10742, SEC. 2. Declaration of State Policies and Objectives. “The
State recognizes the vital role of the youth in nation-building .and thus, promotes and protects their
physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social well-being, inculcates in them patriotism,nationalism
and other desirable values, and encourages their involvement in public and civic affairs”;

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 10742, SEC. 3: Definition of Terms, “(f) Youth shall refer to those
persons whose ages range from fifteen (15) to thirty (30) years old as defined in Republic Act
No.8044”;

WHEREAS, Upon the Deliberation of Its Agenda on Its Regular Session of the Sangguniang
Kabataan of Barangay Vintar hereby agreed to submit a Resolution Realigning the Amount of Php.
150,000 taken from training and seminars with the amount of (55,000), office supplies and
materials with the amount of (20,000), sports development program with the amount of (45,000),
drug symposium with the amount of (15,000), mental awarenes symposium with the amount of
(5,000), tree planting with the amount of (7,000), and sk communal garden with the amount of
(3,000).”

WHEREAS, it is the premier aspiration of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Vintar to excel
not just social welfare of our youth but also in extra-curricular activities, such as sports, to mold
active and skillful youth who will soon the contributing citizens of our country;

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Vintar shall organize

Summer League 2024 to manifest and promotes the values of sports and comradeship. It is the
primary goal of the Summer League 2024 to develop leadership and team-building skills that will
empower social well-being and involvement in public affairs;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that those who will spearhead this project will be the main and co-authors
of this resolution. Every Sangguniang Kabataan officer of Barangay Vintar shall be involved in the
planning, organizing, and conduct of SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY VINTAR
SUMMER LEAGUE 2024.

NOW THEREFORE, on the motion of Hon. Jazel James M. Cumlat, SK Member and duly seconded
by Hon. Christian U Balintec.

On joint motion and manifestation by the members of the council, be it

RESOLVED FINALLY that the resolution approving the realignment of Sangguniang Kabataan
funds of Barangay Vintar is hereby approved.

RESOLVED FURTHER that the copy of this resolution be furnished all offices concerned. Done on
this 21ST day of March 202.
