RESOLUTION No. 2024-002

A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNUAL BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT

PLAN (ABYIP) FOR THE YEAR 2024 AS PREPARED BY THE SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN OF BARANGAY VINTAR, VALENCIA ITY, BUKIDNON.

WHEREAS, it is defined under R.A No. 10742, that Annual Youth Investment Plan
(ABYIP) will serve as the ruling guide for the programs, projects, and activities
implementation for the year.

WHEREAS, the ABYIP is addressing the nine core areas: Access to quality education,
environmental protection, climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction and
resiliency, Youth employment and livelihood, health and drug abuse, gender sensitivity,
Sports development, and capacity building among youth.

WHEREAS, the ABYIP is necessary and essential for the implementation of projects,
programs, and activities for the year 2023.
Now therefore, on motion of Hon. Dwight Dawn T. Agbayani and seconded by all
members present.

IT WAS RESOLVED AND IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO APPROVE THE ANNUAL

BARANGAY YOUTH INVESTMENT PLAN (ABYIB) FOR THE YEAR 2024 AS
PREPARED BY THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN COUNCIL OF BARANGAY
VINTAR, VALENCIA CITY, BUKIDNON.
