SAURA AS THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN SECRETARY OF BARANGAY
BAGONG SILANG, ILIGAN CITY, LANAO DEL NORTE, PHILIPPINES

WHEREAS, Pursuant to Section 7 of Republic Act 10742, also known as the Sangguniang
Kabataan Reform Act of 2015, the appointment of the Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary requires
the concurrence of the majority of all Sangguniang Kabataan members;
WHEREAS, Mr. Jhon Ryan Caliso Saura possesses all qualifications prescribed for a
Sangguniang Kabataan Secretary as stipulated in Section 10 of Republic Act 10742;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved and hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of Mr.
Jhon Ryan Caliso Saura of Barangay Bagong Silang, Iligan City, Philippines, until the
termination of the appointing authority's term, unless sooner removed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be provided Mr. Jhon Ryan Caliso
Saura for his records, and copies be furnished to the Department of the Interior and Local
Government (DILG) City/Municipal Local Government Operation Office and the Local Youth
